Brother and Sister

Brock taking Giselle for a ride in the morning.

And again after lunch! She loves her big brother.

I adore the way that my kids are growing up. Everyday they do something that amazes me. Brock drew a picture for me with orange and purple crayons and it amazed my how well those colors went together! And Giselle, well everyday she learns a new word. For a 17 month old she sure talk a lot! But I especially love the way they are together. At 1 and 2 years old they have already created a bond so great and wonderful.

It has been a while since I have posted anything! This was Giselle's first year trick or treating. Brock, Giselle and Cousin Ayla had sooo much fun. Giselle understood the concept of getting candy when we went to a new house, however she didn't understand that you only get one treat...she always took 2 or 3. Luckily our neighbors are nice! Brock did really well, saying trick or treat at every house. He didn't like that Giselle got more candy and at one of our neighbors house he slapped her hand for taking too many pieces. It was really funny! She didn't care though and kept the candy!

Vegas Baby!

A bunch of us girls spent a much deserved and welcome vacation in Vegas. It was really fun! We pretty much laid out in the sun and relaxed.

Giselle Turns 1

Our little girl turned one May 18th. I can't believe how time flies. We had a big party for her full of all her little friends and their parents. Giselle's LOVES to eat, so when it was time for her cake she attacked it. Even before it was set on her highchair. After a few bites she looked like she was in a cake coma. It was really fun to watch her. As of her 1st birthday she is doing really well. She started crawling...finally. Now she is cruising around all the furniture and standing. I am good with her doing just that for awhile. Brock running around is enough right now. When Giselle starts walking I know I will have my hands full. She really loves her big brother. She can say his name and he thinks it's really funny. I can't wait to see what another year has in store!
